I really liked the three 'Cool & Fresh' wines from the BickenSOLER Weinvogtei, which guests also confirmed. They're not meant to be top-of-the-line wines for "connoisseurs," but rather, with their pleasantly sweet touch, simply enjoyable, which they completely succeed at. So, I haven't emphasized the bonvinitas points, but would simply like to introduce them:

2024 Cuvée White, Kaiserstuhl region, Baden quality wine, producer bottling Bickensohler Weinvogtei, 10.5% alcohol, 14 g/l residual sweetness, for which I noted: Fresh aroma with notes of lemon candy, lily of the valley, caramel; on the tongue, spirited freshness accompanied by fresh sweetness; virulent finish with a slightly salty undertone and a touch of spiciness; beautiful summer and terrace wine, picks you up after a meal, also goes well with lighter dishes such as rice salad.Makes a strong impression: 'Fresh Rosé'
2024 Rosé, Kaiserstuhl region, Baden quality wine, producer-bottled by Bickensohler Weinvogtei, 11%, 18 g/l residual sweetness: Fruity nose with notes of strawberries, strawberry-rhubarb jam, and lemon ice cream; on the tongue, a robust drop with hints of fruit salad, subtly peppery, with renewed fruit blooms on the finish, fading harmoniously. Perfect with grilled steaks as well as spicier dishes like couscous or Asian cuisine like Peking duck.Cool and light evening drink: “Cool Red”
Which the the Bickensohler Weinvogtei recommends drinking even chilled: Cuvée Red, Kaiserstuhl region, quality wine Baden, producer bottling Bickensohler Weinvogtei, 11.5%, 24 g/l residual sweetness: Strong red wine nose with hints of morello cherries compote and a touch of toast and dark chocolate; drinkable body with beautifully integrated sweetness, from which fine fruit rises; very harmonious finish; also great with pizza, goulash or minced steak.
The Bickensohler Weinvogtei
Bickensohl, part of the municipality of Vogtsburg, is well-protected in the heart of the Kaiserstuhl, the small mountain range that rises like a long-extinct volcano near Freiburg from the otherwise flat Upper Rhine Plain. Member winegrowers cultivate approximately 100 hectares of vines, primarily on terraces with loess and volcanic soils. Pinot Gris is the primary grape variety.
