Delicate nose with notes of fresh apples and gooseberries with a hint of lemon balm; on the tongue a lively sparkling wine with a lot of mousseux, which turns into fruity notes that flash again in the finish, with well two to three years of further potential. A stimulating aperitif, especially because it is pleasantly light with 11% alcohol and also nice with fruit desserts.
