A mature, full-bodied wine and not too heavy with 12%, a winning combination! In the nose notes of ripe peaches, apricot jam, honey; elegant, fruity, long-lasting finish, where you want to "bathe" in. The whole like a walk to the fruit blossom. Fits good to smoked salmon, caviar yes, fried prawns, veal cutlets or roast veal with kidney.
