Completely coherent wine: Lush fragrance with notes of baked apples, fruit bread, plum butter, juniper; round-fruity mouth-filling wine with beautifully built, pleasant tannins and glaze in the finish. Nice with marinated beef with raisin sauce, fried liver with apple slices, jugged hare, venison goulash.
