Very lively fragrance with notes of glacial sweet, pineapple, almonds, sandalwood; A rich body with an invigorating subtle harshness reminiscent of horseradish, which makes the wine interesting, notes that continue slightly peppery in the finish. A wine like an old farmhouse in Provence with a good three to four years of potential and very nice with vegetable soups, cream soups or boiled beef.
