2021 Riesling CLASSIC

Fresh scent reminiscent of lychee, kiwi, bergamot, a touch of smoky; Firmly built body with a beautiful glaze, from which a lively fruit acid gradually rises and caresses the tongue; compact reverberation - reminded me of a boulder. I'm always particularly pleased when wines in the category 1 without excessive alcohol are rated well. I am happy to give the drop a future of three to four years, which goes well with smoked fish, roast pork or mushrooms in cream.
