From September 18th to 20th, 2026, the FestiWein Bachem at the river Ahr, a district of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, will take place – a festive weekend with wine, live music, and the "Harvest Train of 10,000 Lights." A wine and music festival in one!
 

Wine, culinary delights and live music

At numerous wine stalls, vintners present their wines. Culinary offerings and a diverse music program at the festival grounds and by the "Crooked Bridge" provide excellent entertainment – ​​from pop and rock to jazz and folk, and even brass band music. The highlight is the wine harvest procession of 10,000 lights on Sunday evening.

Celebration times

Friday, September 18: 6:00 PM–12:00 AM; Saturday, September 19: 3:00 PM–12:30 AM; Sunday, September 20: 11:00 AM–11:00 PM. Admission with a commemorative glass or yellow Ahrtal coin: 5 euros.

Those wishing to combine the FestiWein festival with a short break will find numerous accommodation options in the Ahr Valley. Parking is available on St.-Pius-Straße, at the Bachem school center, and along St.-Pius-Straße. Guided tours also offer the opportunity to learn more about the wine region, its history, and its sights.
