Mature, calm fragrance with notes of cherry jam, milk chocolate, coffee; full-bodied, fruity-velvety body with strong and together round tannins in the finish. A wine like a fine salon. At its best - I would enjoy it now - and meshs well with beefsteak medium rare, venison leg or old hard cheese.
