Deep smell of chocolate, nougat, cherry compote, roasted almonds; luscious fruity body with strength and backbone, which ends in strong, ripe tannins with subtle pepper notes. A red wine like a Romanesque cathedral, with well and gladly further eight to ten years of potential and beautiful with roast beef, pepper steak and of course with venison.
