Elegant, ripe fragrance with notes of ripe apples, honeydew melon, grapefruit; nice creamy Pinot Blanc with melt, underlaid by a very subtle hint of paprika; nice finish also with glace and a subtle peppery note. A wine like a convertible ride in spring with well and gladly three to four years of further potential and excellent with steamed fish such as angler fish or loup de mer, roast veal, veal steak or also to roasted rabbit.
