Fresh fragrance with a broad spectrum - from spring meadows to lemon juice to hay and hazelnuts; very supple, mouth-lining body, from which emerges a very pleasant fruit that plays between elegant sweetness and fine-tart notes; fine-fruity finish, in which the racy Riesling announces it-self in a quasi entertaining way. A wine like a wedding party, to which I give four to five years of further potential, and beautiful with old hard cheese, smoked fish or smoked pork with sauerkraut.
