Three chefs, two restaurants

For the two evenings, a six-course menu with three courses each from the kitchens of both restaurants will be created. The focus is on the exchange between the chefs and their different culinary experiences.

Return to Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Zscharschuch was part of the 4Eck team for several years. With his move to Berlin, the joint work ended, but the connection to his former colleagues remained. The joint dinner now brings the three chefs together again at one stove.

Return visit to Berlin

The culinary exchange will continue in November: On November 29 and 30, 2026, the 4Eck team will cook together with Zscharschuch at THE KNAST in Berlin.
