Flowery nose with hints of orange, mango, candied lemon peel; on the tongue interesting balancing between temperament and fine maturation; in the finish elegant and tart in a fine way. Like a debutantes ball! It goes very nice as aperitif, with antipasti, finger food or desserts, especially creams. The drop is likely to build up further three to four years, in which it may develop an even nicer maturation.
